I'm looking at K. Trudeau's book on "The Weight Loss Cure". I'm overweight, I smoke and I'm out of shape. I've never done a cleanse. I'm currently on antibiotics for some kind of infection. I seem to have lost motivation. I thought participating in this site might get me back in gear.

So, I've got a lot of work to do.

That is the purpose for the pix :-) Too many think that this is just another gimmick. It is NOT a gimmick. It WORKS!!!! If you can stick to the foods on any other diet and deal with the inconveniences, then this protocol is a PIECE OF CAKE!!!! with REAL results!!! It is truly the answer for the rest of my life!!!
