My First Liver/Gallbladder Flush Success

Well yall....I just completed my FIRST liver/gallbladder flush and had SUCCESS! I was kind of skeptical to say the least thinking maybe down in side that at the age of 29 I couldn't possibly have STONES. My Battle With Candida

Well, at the end of this month....my first three months of the Body Ecology Diet and phase one will be finally over! I can say that there has been alot of changes in my body and health because of it. I was able to add fruit back into my diet slowly over the past several weeks and am doing fine but feel that I need to start a course of antifungals at this point. A Month On The Body Ecology Diet

Hi all! Well....it has been a whole MONTH on the diet and I have survived. Boy.....was it tough in the beginning. I will tell anyone who starts this diet that if you can make it through the first two weeks....you can do it.
