wanted to do a "TLIF" (tran lumbar interbody fusion) going thru my stomach first and then flipping me over to go into my back and placing 2 screws and a rod. I
actually had nightmares of not surviving hte surgery, and maybe a little push from God saying "dont do it".

She almost fell on Friday (I was with her) and the way she jerked her body has now caused severe pain and stiffness in her back and side. She is not limber enough to warm up and stretch it out. She's used one of those gel wraps that I heat in the microwave -- about the only good use for the microwave anymore. Any suggestions??
