a colon and Candida cleanse. The Candida did great but
I did not get results with the colon. However; I found in
the yellow pages a Colonic Hydrocleanse professional.
Its the water in (your rectum) and bad stuff comes out.
It was not painful, and I felt amazing afterwards. I did
2 days in a row, the 1st day they can only get so far up the colon, the 2nd day all the leftover stuff that normally sticks to the sides of the colon came out. My stomach was flatter and I felt better. I had always had
constipation problems and it got worse when I went down from back problems. If you cant find one,Look in
the phone book under "Naturopathy Dr.s) they will know
one to refer you to. I will never take pills again for a colon cleanse, it just doent get all the "gook".
