They both are loaded with all kinds of organic good stuff, I just mix it in organic apple juice an drink it through a straw.
Both are great, Perfect Green is a little bit sweeter. I take them both, but like the taste of Super Food.
I hope this answers your question, and there are always the green veggies you mentioned to juice.

The best juice is carrot and then your green juices, wheat grass is good, you want the live enzymes in the juice that your body just loves and absorbs very easily. All organic of course.
