Anne, to boost your immunity, I'd recommend a quality organic Probiotic supplement, antioxidant fruits such as acai, blueberries, pomegranate, goji, or noni. Herbally I'd recommend ginger, ginseng, echinacea, bee pollen, and garlic.
Also, be sure to make sure that the Lysine you're taking is a QUALITY supplement. What brand is it? Many supplements today are still nothing more than synthetic variations of their natural forms and can also be loaded with chemical additives, preservatives, binders, fillers, etc.
ALWAYS make sure to check the ingredients on ANYTHING that you buy in a bottle, box, bag, can, etc. If you're ever unsure what a particular ingredient is, there are several websites available that can explain them in greater detail.
In general, ingredients to steer clear of include:
MSG
Natural Flavors
Protein Isolates (Soy, Whey, etc.)
Stearates
Stearic Acid
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate
Sodium Laureth Sulfate
Parabens (in hygiene products)
Thank you for your time in helping me with all of this. I think i'll just use the silver for topical only. I did read that it does affect the flora but only if taken above the amounts recommended. I remember reading very recently the quote you provided in Kevin's book. I'm taking natural herbs as mentioned previously to at least put this in a supressed or dormant stage. Maybe if i take the lysing and red marine algae everyday, that it might never come back. I wasn't taking anything before but 1000mg of lysing everyday, but that didn't help. Evidently my immune system is not operating well. Do you have any recommendations to boost the immune system? It's very hard to locate the food grade hydrogen peroxide or the DMSO because of the gov't regulations, but i have those on order with the health food store. Thanks again for your help. Be careful if you're taking colloidal silver, as it will kill ANY bacteria it comes into contact with. This includes the beneficial intestinal flora as well. Make sure you're taking a quality, organic Probiotic whole food supplement in conjunction with the colloidal silver.
H202 (Hydrogen Peroxide) when administered properly is an excellent anti-viral therapy. Again, make sure you do the research to determine how to use it correctly. Also, make sure that you are ONLY using 35% food-grade H2O2.
GSE is a liquid (almost gelatinous). The brand I use is Nutribiotic.
