Hi lInda, I got your message you sent to the group. I share your enthusiasm. I am on Phase 1 and I've lost 10 pounds and feel great overall. I can't believe life before organic. I have not started Phase 2 so can't help you much there. I am going on travel and then and when I get back I'll try to jump into Phase two. I think I have about 50-60 lbs to lose. See ya around!!!

I am just starting to live my life,knowing i will not get sick,if i do it will not be for long because i am tKING MUCH BETTER CARE OF MYSELF.
