About Me:: I am desperate to find something that actually works. I am a mom of 5 and after the last 2 I cannot lose the weight. I am literally double my size and know that if I find what works, depression and all the other things associated with my weight will go away-

The thing is, my focus was never losing weight it was curing my depression and being physically and emotionally healthy. The reason this works is becasue you get emotional and mental benefits right away when you make healthful changes. The weight comes off slower so people get discouraged and look for quicker things that are not nessecarilly healthy. Right now I eat what ever I want that is a WHOLE food, not altered in any way and resturaunt food or any junk food now makes me sooooo sick!!! Knowledge will motivate you. I read a health book or to a week because it's my passion. When you have knowledge, you then are empowered to change because your belief system changes. I've listed my favorite books on my profile page. READ them! They are great and if you have the desire to be healthy, they will get you there. I actually haven't heard aboiut the injections at all. What are they? Please let me know if you have more questions. Life is not to fun to live without your health!!!!! Believe me, I know! Talk to ya soon!

Don't want to mess up and have to start all over. so I will wait. We will be starting about the same time. you may be a week ahead of me. Good Luck
