I just ordered all of the stuff that I need for the Phase 1, Its getting costly but a weight loss clinic would charge this a month in food etc..

HCG BEGINNER
Hi,
My name is Darlene, my husband Mike and I are beginning our weight control venture with the Simeon's HCG program. We just completed our blood tests and physicals.
Mike and I like things like camping, boating, fishing, swimming and spending time with our two son's and three dogs. We notice as time flys by.. we are loosing control of our eating habits and our actividy level has decreased. I think the hcg will be ordered, as the next step in this program? It's been entirely too long since I've been here... shame on me. My life is plummeting and seriously, if I don't do something soon I really believe I will be dead within the next 7-10 years. I'm back.. I had to drop out for a while to take care of some business. Anyway! My hubby and I started the HCG injections right after New Years. We are doing ok. I'm having problems with the meat part.. because I don't like red meat or fish. Kind of lost here... Any suggestions anyone?
I'm not hungry at all... neither is my husband. The No Sugar in our tea and coffee is a bummer! hard to drink this way.
I'm still smoking cigarettes while doing this... that's not good but, if I loose the weight that I want to, which is 40 pounds, I'll then quit smoking. The injections don't hurt at all.. can't even feel them! cool. Anyone have any advise for me on the Meat-Sugar thing?????????????????????????????????
