About Me:
Im a funny, easy going person. Got 2 kids, a dog and a cat. Got a good dedicated husband. Im hard of hearing [know ASL]. My hobbies are: playing the piano, writing poems, writing short children's stories, crochete. I discovered a new hobby, photographing.
I overcame chronic depression [been on many antidepressants and sleep meds] by educating myself about my health by reading first, Kevin Trudeau's books: "Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know About." I've made most changes in my lifestyle according to my needs and my family. I learned that depression is a symptom and by taking flaxseed oil, fish oil, whole foods, drinking more water/salt, exercising [rebounding, walking] has greatly improved my health. Also, I removed the foods that exascerbates the depression such as pork, microwaving, HFCS, MSG and other additives like aspartame. I don't even chew gum any more. Aspartame is in all chewing gums.
I continue to struggle with constipation. I found out through a colonoscopy preceedure that my colon is twisted, contorted and tight which makes it difficult for me to eliminate. This is due to what Ive learned, is a result of the previous lifestyle I lead over the years. Now I must be patient with myself and allow my colon to heal on its own by being consistent on the holistic lifestyle. I continue to read and educate myself through friends here on CC and to help others plus READING.
Financial bind is a big issue for our family at this point in time. This makes it very difficult to keep up with good eating habits and supplementing. Im sure there are many in similar circumstances.

I am not looking for debate, but to get the facts right. I am a truth seeker. I spent over 7 years translating an original language Bible to find many errors in modern beliefs. Jesus was also a truth seeker. He threw out moneychangers from the tabernacle because it wasn't God's way. Jesus took time to correct those who were wrong.
First, Jesus was into setting Pharisees and Sadducees straight. Pharisees and Sadducees did not go looking for debate, but rather they were trying to discredit Jesus or prove him wrong because they were losing all of their followers (which meant tithe money as well) to Jesus. Jesus was destroying their misconceptions and made up rules while restoring the truth.
Jesus did look for others to follow him, but they also had to be obedient as well. They didn't get to follow him, yet do whatever they pleased. Jesus kept and taught the Sabbaths. Today people keep their own holidays rather than God's Sabbaths. Exodus 31:17 says that keeping the Sabbaths is God's sign between he and his people.
Luke 4:16 shows that Jesus kept them, and Acts 17:2 shows that Paul kept them. In fact the Sabbaths are the second most talked about subject in the Bible. Yet most Christians have no idea what they even are. Do you know what they are? Do you keep them?
Thanks for thinking of me and my panic issue, Ezmee! I have heard of Glycine, but not in depth. Do you know of someone who took it with results or did you just read about it, I'm wondering? I know that a few other amino acids play an important role in brain function like Theanine, Inositol, and Ornithine. I bought the latter 2, but haven't really tried them --- one of my obsessive issues -- LOL! That's another story!!
