thank you all for all your comments. i hope everyone is having a great summer! i also hope everyone has added nutraceuticals to their menu(nutraceuticals: food,food substances,natural foodmatrix supplements that have a proven nutritional benefit to the human body).

Hi! Currious, what is a Nutraceutical Consultant? I just started talking to someone yesterday about getting into Martial Arts. I might start next week. I'm just a little worried about the intensity. My balance is off and the idea was to get stronger but I don't know if it'll be too intense for me yet.
