Water Filters
I am looking for shower water filters. I had the site for one that has a cleanable reusable filter and have lost it. From what I researched it was top of the line in removing chemicals, toxins and heavy metals.
If anyone has information on good quality shower filters I will appreciate you sharing it. Also good quality drinking water filters. I will continue to search and will post what I find that is of good quality and value.

Muscle Spasms
What can you do for muscle spasms? The chest and back around the shoulders and neck.
So tired of taking the pharmaceuticals, there must be a better way.

After reading the article about microwave ovens I stopped using mine and now am looking for a large toaster or convection oven. Also I tested my stainless steel cooking pans and they have more iron in them so I think they are safe to use. I tested them with a magnet and it stuck.
I will try to download some music when I figure it out.
