I went all organic 1st and I started taking this apple cider vinegar 3 times a day and the coconut oil 2 times a day and have a super amount of energy. Today my son had a check up and since I breastfeed I wanted to make sure it was okay to do the colon cleanse and yeast candida cleanse and his doctor said it is beneficial for him because it will release toxins in my body and I will no longer be releasing toxins in his breastmilk any longer. So, I will probably start the cleanses today or tomorrow. How's life treating you? I hope all is well. :)
