For 15 years, I have been suffering from Allergic Asthma (or whatever – it has been diagnosed 7 different ways this side of Sunday) and I would wake in the middle of the night, choking, gasping, and unable to breathe. WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT SEVEN+

Since I starting exfuze 5 days AGO! I have had more energy! My knee pain has left me, and the part I'm most excited about is that my appetite is under control! "Today at church Mimi, one of the my health class students, told me that she gave some of her own juice to her 90 year-old friend that has Chron's disease. good news. My mother in law is having improvements after 3 days. she is feeling her pain fade. The biggest thing that amazes her is she is going to the bathroom less. She has a bladder issue that causes her to rush to the bathroom, esp., at night. She is happy she can sleep through the night now. She will order more and give it 3 months to see if it really helps her.

Hi Kathi,

I just wanted to give you my 7 day challenge results.
1. After just 3 days I noticed that I was sleeping much better. Don't get me wrong I still can't sleep normally (16 month old with stomach gas issues) but when I slept it was REM sleep.
I have not had this in 25 years. I like it! The REM sleep also lets me get up in the morning without feeling like crap!
2. With staring at the computer all day, my eyes get very sore and tired. This was starting to go away. Maybe due to the REM sleep and the extra beta carotene.
3. I have respiratory issues due to allergies. I have a severe productive cough at random times throughout the day and sneezing fits. I have had this for years. (10+) The cough was reduced to almost gone in just 7 days. I believe this will go away. This one truly amazed meJ I am also taking Allegra for the allergies. This I will go off of when I use SEVEN+ for a longer time.
4. I also consider myself somewhat of an ADD person. My concentration level is not the best. I seem to be cloudy all the time. (just ask my wifeJ) After 3 or 4 days I noticed my concentration was way better and I could think much clearer.
5. And in general I feel better and have more energy.

Hi Kathi,
I wanted to give you a quick update on my seven+ results. I've been drinking the juice for 2 weeks now and I've been feeling great. As you know I've struggled with stomach issues (IBS) for what seems like all my life but really since high school and I'm very excited to report I've had no problems. And...I really thought you were full of it when you said you had more energy from the juice but now I know you weren't. I definitely have more energy.... getting a good nights sleep was never a problem for me, it was getting up in the morning that was a constant struggle but lately I've been getting up even before my alarm clock goes off. crazy! I LOVE this stuff!

OK, so mom is on it and has been for about 9 days. That was a chore getting her to switch from 15 herbalife pills a day to 1 small shot glass full of great tasting juice (NO LIE!) She asked me in the beginning "What am I going to do without my FIBER?!" and I told her to take the Metamucil in the morning.

Well, I just got off the phone with her and I asked her if she was taking the metamucil, and she said, "No. I am fine! I go every day. I can't believe it!". Now THAT is amazing.

She also said she has no joint pain. Now, she hasn't really been anywhere, so the true test will be dragging her butt out the door. In May she goes for her blood work, which will be the ultimate test. If her numbers are better, we will slowly start to wean her off of the antidepressant over the next couple of months.

I thought the herbalife vitamins were great, but this stuff blows them out the door.
