I read that you like Miessence and Michelle sent me some samples a while back and I thought they were nice, is there anything you recommend? I'm thinking of placing an order soon but there were so many "steps" in the care line and I can't afford to buy 7 products or anything like that so I was hoping to buy the most important ones, any suggestions?

Hi cayce! i was wondering a couple things...i wanted to order the in-liven (i'm trying to get info on products to take for my daily bout w/gas, bloating, cramping). i know i need to take probiotics & digetstive enzymes, but i've taken different brands from the health store in the past to no avail! any good recommendations on the strongest/best one? also, about the in-liven...i've been told that the probiotics in the fridge section is better than what we get in the bottle on the shelf because they're more alive than the "dead" shelf ones. true?
