After reading Kevin's books (all three and counting) my life has changed 180. Even though I am not looking to lose weight, I believe that taking care of your health at a younger age will definetly prevent weight gain and sickness in the future!

Since January 2nd I have eaten only organic food. mostly local produce and reduced my red meat intake. Now, my lifelong allergies are virtually gone! The changes I have made are numerouse and I have been using many cleansing programs. Kevin is right. stop putting garbage into your system, get the bad stuff out, and you will see results! Good luck to you june.
Hi June,
Yes, the younger you are at practicing a healthy lifestyle, the better off youll be. Alot of people wait until they are sick or diseased before they suddenly become interested in knowing whats good for their body's. Ive been interested since I was a little girl and my Grandpa would say " eat your spinache...it will make you strong". Thanks to him and his little food sayings, Ive been curious ever since. Preventative is a much better road than curative.
Nice to meet you....I love this site : )
Good girl June! You will find it hard to fight your peers about avoiding Mickey Ds and Burger Kings but my 19 and 13 yr old have and you can't get them to eat there after they've been exposed to only organic foods. Keep up the fight June bug!!
Thanks for accepting. And thanks for the encouragement. I haven't officially started the protocol yet, I've ordered the Hcg, I've had a physical, but haven't had the bloodwork done yet. Real Soon. I'm soooo excited. Talk with you soon.

June19, I think you'll find some of the discussions in the forums helpful. Have you also read some of the other recommended reading mentioned in Kevin's books or on the NC website? Try this one: NOURISHING TRADITIONS by Sally Fallon.
