That is why I just suggest and let the other person decide; but, the one thing to do is at least check out sources provided so that you can make an informed decision. Some specific supplements that I have read about. For the maitake MD - either a good AHCC (such as Source Naturals or NOW) or Biobran MGN-s (PeakImmune 4 is the same); these products are for immune system and another good one is Beta 1-3D Glucan from Transfer Point. A good enzyme product is Wobenzyme N, it is used quite extensively in Germany for cancer regimans. These are ones I can specifically recommend. The rest - just look for good whole food products when possible and stick to name brands when possible.
