I have one recipe..I take 2 tablespoons of grounded flaxseed that I ground fresh and add pineapple juice in a 8oz. glass everymorning before eating. Very good as a fluid for your body.

I bought some :). Azure Farm Organic Golden Flax Seed. It's from Mt. Hood in Oregan. The only bad thing is it doesnt say milled on it. What is milled? The lady told me to grind it in my coffee grinder is that ok? Better the seed then the ground powder, right? More 03's?
