I did have to do a steak protocol again last monday. I ate fine today. And still expect to be up like always. If thats the case, I am done. I am sick of this being the only thing I think about 24/7 Literally. I even dream about it. I wake up to use the bathroom and while I am in there I think wow in 4 hours I have to weigh in. Well that was not successful. My question then becomes: was it the 100 grams of protein (on accasion) that i had last night the problem. I didnt have the un-organic protein shakes. Who knows Today is steak day again I like Steak but this is ridiculous. Thats 3 steak days this week. 2 more weeks of this. Oh I can hardly wait. I am going to give it 2 more weeks. I was lucky enough to have Lynnette talk me into not giving up. I was there and about to just throw in the towel. I am going to try 2 more weeks. Today I will not have any of the prot. shakes I have been using. For the next 3 days no more shakes. Just food. Well I woke up Saturday And I was down a 1/2 pound 135.5 Menu for Saturday 2-23-08: Meal 1: 2 eggs, 1 white Meal 2: 1/2 Grapefruit 1/2 protein shake Meal 3: 3 slices of turkey cut up on lettuce w/rosemary vinegarette. I woke up this morning weighed in and I had gained a pound. SLOWLY- - - - CREEPING UP THERE. Real fun. I hate mornings like this. I decided to just do whatever I wanted today (2-22-08 Friday) Well sort of. I wanted california rolls with salmon and wasabi and brown rice. I opted to stick with low carb until Sunday because that was what I had said I would do. (phase 3 for 4 weeks) The 4 weeks is over on Sunday. I see my personal trainer again on Monday.
