Results are subjective. I am pretty healthy and take Probitoics intermittently. I wasn't unhappy with the product and it was the best that my little health food store has to offer. Inliven is superior. Sorry it took me a few days to respond to you. I don't check my computer every day.

Hi Melissa, When I started taking the Zyflamend I noticed less pain with my arthritis within 5 days. I took it for about 6 months and then was able to stop using it. I have no more pain. I also only took half the recommended dosage as it seemed to work just as well as the full dosage. My arthritis isnt severe, just "old age" arthritis. I stopped taking it about 3 months ago and still no pain. I guess the Zyflamend got rid of all the swelling which was causing the pain. No swelling, no pain. Its a great natural supplement.
