Hello there! So I started the protocol yesterday. Today was my last gorge day! I have been doing googd. I get the measurements and the injections now thanks to all of you. Now I have a problem. I think I am going to start my period like tomorrow or tonight, (I am spotting), what do I do now??? Do I stop the injections but go on the 500 calories a day still? What am I suppose to do? Thankyou for your help!!!

Ok now can I drink distilled water? I really cant afford buying a water filter as well. I am starting this tomorrow.....ahhhhh I just reseived my needles and stuff. Do I take the injection the two days that I gorge?

I am taking luxapro for anxiety and mild depression. If I am not on it I can definately tell. I would love to find alternative medicine but to tell you the truth I am scared. I hate the way I feel when I am not on it! What deo you suggest? Should I stop taking it while I do this? What alternatives do you suggest?

Now do I have to use organic shampoo and facewash and all that stuff? This is so overwhelming! I was just going to do the shots and follow the strict diet but now I am looking at different discussions and people are saying they arent loosing weight bec/ they are using regular things!!! IS this correct? I really cant afford buying all organic everything. What do you sugest? WHat did you do? Also I am talking a prescription drug as well do i have to stop that too?

Thankyou so much for your help Trudy! I think I am getting it. I havent received the syringes yet so it is hard to be certain. Now about the saline that came with the hcg, I was told not to use that but to use bacteriolistic water instead...Is that true?

Ya I received my hCg. It is a glass break lid. I am waiting for the vials, 1" needles and the syrenges to get to me which will hopefully be by today or tomorrow. Now I swear I am having the worst time understanding the .13cc and all of that stuff. how can I understand that better? I feel like I am retarded or something. This is my only problem. So I take the 1500iu ampule and break it open, then I get how much water? And how do I know how to measure it? and then I add all the hcg the the one ampule? Ok now does the syringes have all the measurements on there or how do you know how much to get? Thankyou so much for your help

Hello!!! I was hoping you could help me through the hCG Protocol. It looks like you have done it before so maybe you can help me?!? I am going to start next week once I receive my viles, syringes and bacteriolistic water. I bought 6 1500 iu ampules of hCG and am going to take 200iu's every morning. Do you know how to do the measuring for this? Like for 1 ampule at 200 iu's with the water???? I am so confused. Also giving the shot. What have you been doing? Where is the best place to give them? Butt, Thigh or where? In the muscle?? Where exactly are the muscles? How far do you go in? Can you do them wrong? Oh please help me. I am suppose to start next monday and I need help. Thankyou so much!!!
