hey susan, sounds like you are doing pretty good with the weight loss. don't get discouraged! as you can see in my daily blogs there were some days i didn't lose weight but i still lost inches. keep up the great work and let me know if you have any questions. good luck!

Hello, I just finished reading The Weight Loss Cure and have started phase 1. Will continue with the other phases. Waiting for blood work to come back. As much as I hate needles, I sure hope this works. Trying to find all the things I'm supposed to take is getting very hard.
