I know, I spent a fortune the first time around and I really didn't need to. Did you get Kevin's book? I did do a lot of research first. There is also a guide on Amazon that is called the HCG Guide and I found that very helpful. Also the author is accessible by phone. I got the supplies at hcgsupplies.com and they were quick and easy. Hope this helps. I started my second round this morning. I need to lose 15 more lbs and I will be done.

In fact, sometimes I am not even sure when I comment on something, if it gets posted correctly or where it goes. It is very confusing at times to me. Your picture is beautiful, you have a beautiful smile. I am 57, so maybe that has something to do with my lack of technical knowledge. I am working at it though. I just found out that one avacado has 15 carbs. I guess that will not do to add to my salad. I am trying to eat some protein with every meal. It is hard for me. I was mostly vegetarian for years. (No meat or chicken) When I did phase 1 and had to have animal protein I was pretty turned off. I did find a good site for organic at tropical traditions.
