Yes, Ambrosia is great - I try to get there at least once a month. Every supplement costs less than anywhere else. I have a health store a block from my apt. in city - paid 18.99 for Certified organic coconut oil - the same make and size was 13.90 at Ambrosia. It is the same with everything. Also they have a lot of bulk products.
If you drive go north on Yonge one blocki (one set of lights) north of Steeles to Doncaster. Turn right - the road winds a little to the left and right around the bend Ambrosia is on your right. You could also go North on Bayview or Leslie and go West on Steeles to Yonge, but I don't know where you live. Love Valerie
