Dr. Graham describes the blood sugar problem and the role of Candida beautifully:
"So when the pancreas is stressed beyond the ability of keeping up with the job it's being asked to do, the adrenals start overworking in order to help the pancreas. And when the adrenals are overstressed beyond their ability to do what they've being asked to do the Candida microbe becomes the go‐to guy.
Now the beauty is, as I say, it's self limiting because normally, the Candida microbe consumes the excess blood sugar. Now there is no more excess blood sugar. Now there's no more food for the Candida and so they die off and come back to normal levels. The Candida microbe only lives for a very short period of time. Its lifespan is measured in hours, rather even than days. It's not something that lives and lives and lives. It's essentially similar to most other yeasts and these are short‐lived organisms.
It's an ebb and flow that is normal and common within the body. It's not harmful for this ebb and flow to occur, but as I say, when you have sustained elevated high blood sugar, you're going to have sustained elevated Candida microbes because that's their job, to eat the extra blood sugar."
F: So if I understand correctly, this condition of Candida is actually a symptom of a problem with blood sugar, a deeper problem.
D: It's a symptom of a problem with blood sugar and the Candida is saving your life, it's the good guy for sure and it only takes days at the most to correct this problem. I've never seen it take more than two weeks in people with extreme Chronic Fatigue and serious Diabetes.
I've seen it take as long as two weeks to rebuild health to the degree that the Candidiasis was no longer necessary for the health of the individual, but normally 3 to 5 days on the outside is more than enough to clear someone of this condition.
When I meet people who say "I've been on the Candida diet for five years," I go "you think you've been on the anti‐Candida diet, but you actually have been on the Candida diet. You're causing it again and again and again. It should only take days to overcome.
No it doesn’t! Not when you understand the problem and take correct action.
Anyway…
As you can see again what we blame as disease (Candida, insulin resistance, adrenalin fatigue) is again nothing more than the protective mechanism of the body and the eventual wear down of the organs under constant abuse.
I do understand, Gene. The good things in life here are only enjoyed by a class of people that discludes most of us.
UNFORTUNATELY, MOST OF THE TIME THAT IS TRUE.
At my house, if I've watched a movie in the last year, it was a British movie.
SOME OF THE BRITISH MOVIES ARE REALLY GOOD. WHEN I HAVE THE TIME WHICH IS RARE, I WATCH TV STATIONS ON THE NET THAT ARE FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES. I CAN WATCH A TON OF TV FROM ALL KINDS OF COUNTRIES. BUT A LOT OF THEM ARE NOT IN ENGLISH THOUGH. IT IS ALSO AMAZING WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE ON TV IN SOME OF THOSE COUNTRIES COMPARED TO PRUDISH AMERICA. HEE HEE HEE HEE.
ANY HO, HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY!
Neat trick, or is it?
I am on the low budget plan.
I can't afford the colloids, for one and for two, you can't suspend colloids orally as they are in liquid form. The colloids, I think, are the only ones that come in plant base, that I know of. Maybe you know different, though.
I find that Minerals Held Orally, or MHO, plus vitimin D held orally with them, plates the teeth's enamel consequently rendering them extremely durable, the teeth, I mean.
I use my extremely durable teeth to grind up chicken bones, which give my body all of the cartelege that it needs to manufacture its joints, disks, tendons and ligaments. This system is very economical for me as chicken is inexpensive.
I'll leave off there as you seem to want a short answer.
Best regards,
Philip
Gene, mama and I were discussing lately, the amazement of the Brits love of classical in the talent shows. The first boy brought the judges and audience to tears ... that wouldn't happen here.
Xxxxxxxx
This is one of the reasons I want o move outside the US. I think that they have much more to offer then here you know.
Have a good day!
