Got your message about gluten and acid reflux. The same thing happened to me as well, but water doesn't help mine at all. It actually makes it worse. The only thing that has helped any is the Apple Cidar Vinegar, but I use that as an after instead of before I eat. I need to work on that, and maybe I won't have as much Acid Reflux. As I recall, staying active seemed to reduce the occurance also.
