About Me:: Well I am a Wife and Mother to two wonderful little girls. I currently homeschool my oldest who is in kindergarten. We are Loving it! I have always been interested in better health and a better way of living. I just have been too lazy or not motivated enough. I would like to learn a lot from here and hope to apply it to our lives. If you read Kevins Books, doing a colon cleanse is one of the MOST important things you can do..it gets rid of all the toxins and chemicals that have built up in your system from all the processed foods we have consumed over the years.. You can get it a health food store for around $30-$40 and it takes about a month..
