- I'm 45. Happily married for almost 25 years with 2 wonderful children ages 20 and 18. I make sandblasted signs, wood, granite, signfoam, and I work on our 18 hole golf course, mowing, maintenance, and pro shop. On weekends, my husband and I work as NASCAR officials at our weekly racing series track. I am currently working on a degree in children's literature with the hope of becoming a writer. I have taught Tae Kwon Do, aerobics, coached volleyball, cheerleading, and softball (in my early years). I love jigsaw puzzles and a good book. I enjoy skiing, water and snow.
Sounds like I should be in great shape! I was, but not now. I have a hypothyroid and high cholestrol and probably borderline high blood pressure. I used to tell my Dr. to give me a pill for whatever was ailing me, but not anymore! I despise the thought of taking medication that in turn causes more side effects that have to be treated. I want to be CURED! and HEALTHY again! I need help and encouragement! Let's do this!!!!

- soft rock, 70's & 80's, country, gospel (a cappella), instrumental, not real picky, I do prefer to understand what is being said and prefer "clean" tunes.
I love to hear my son play his trumpet, baritone, tuba, guitar, drums, etc. (He wants to teach music)

are you not taking anything for the hyprothyroid? or the rest. I hurd if you drink ice water it slows down the thyroid. and if you are not on any meds for high bl.pres. grapefruit juice helps keep it down. signing off for now. Dee
