Im almost in the 180s now. I probably wont get there tomarrow as its predictably slowing down but when I get back from our campout I just know I wll be there then. I wont weigh again until Mon. morn.
Im putting crock pots on today for bar b qued pulled pork to feed the crew Thurs night. I wont have time to do that Thurs. so will just warm it up then. I baked chocolate chip cookies last night for the campout. I should have gained from smelling the aroma of them all evening. They are my favorite…

I just rechecked my days Ive been on p2 this time around and found after recounting that today is 32 days. Well, I never said I could count. :) Anyway, I have more hcg than I have days as usual but this time Im not throwing it away. Im going to use it all and stay on a little longer. It shouldnt hurt to do that and I will see what I can lose with the extra. That means I have about 18 shots left. I will decide when I get closer to the end. My total loss is 71.6 lbs so far. I feel so good now and its so much easier to get around and nice to hear the compliments. On the other hand, I cringe knowing what everyone looked at before I lost weight.Well, I dont plan on gaining it back this time and a positive aproach is a lasting one. Its only taken me all my life to get it straight.

Now I wish I would have stopped at day 23 and took a break. Going down .2 lbs isnt very encouraging. Yesterday, I was gone all morning and didnt eat my apple so I thought Id just not eat 2 fruits and see if that would jog my weight loss. It didnt. I also did probably a no-no in that I drank 32 oz of crystal lite along with my usual water. Maybe thats what was wrong. Got your note saying you were going to be gone on vacation for awhile and also your computer needed something done or got wet or something.
YEA, THE CEILING FELL IN AND ATTEMPTED TO WT EVERYTHING. LUCKILY I WAS THERE WHEN IT HAPPENED I GOT ALL MY ELECTRONICS OUT OF THERE BEFORE DAMAGE OCCURRED.

I see a comment below about adding proteins to the diet. Yes, I do and it works well for me. I don't often eat the fruits allowed. I found that if I am hungry I can add a hard boiled egg in the morning. I also nibble on almonds during the day, but try to keep it to 1/4 c. total for the day. I still lose very well doing this. If I am really hungry at meal time, I also add a little extra protein (fat free cottage cheese, extra fish or chicken). Just be careful and try not to over-do as calories DO count!!!
