Im retired from being a hairdresser for 40 years. I need to lose a LOT of weight so my knees and ankles will be less hurtful. We travel in our motorhome a lot and love it. We also have a cabin at a lake that we love to go to in the summer. My husband will retire in Dec.

day 33 190.8 lbs 22.2lbs lost this time around

Im almost in the 180s now. I probably wont get there tomarrow as its predictably slowing down but when I get back from our campout I just know I wll be there then. I wont weigh again until Mon. morn. Im putting crock pots on today for bar b qued pulled pork to feed the crew Thurs night. I wont have time to do that Thurs. so will just warm it up then. day 32 191.4 lbs down another 1 lb

I just rechecked my days Ive been on p2 this time around and found after recounting that today is 32 days. Well, I never said I could count. :) Anyway, I have more hcg than I have days as usual but this time Im not throwing it away. Im going to use it all and stay on a little longer. It shouldnt hurt to do that and I will see what I can lose with the extra. That means I have about 18 shots left. I will decide when I get closer to the end. day 30 192.4 lbs 20.6 lbs this time around so far

My total loss is 71.6 lbs so far. I feel so good now and its so much easier to get around and nice to hear the compliments. On the other hand, I cringe knowing what everyone looked at before I lost weight.Well, I dont plan on gaining it back this time and a positive aproach is a lasting one. I dont think I will blog anything today. Got a shock this morning and dont feel like saying much. I'll see how tomarrow is but might have to wait until Mon or Tues. as I will have more company tomarrow for a few days.

Now I wish I would have stopped at day 23 and took a break. Going down .2 lbs isnt very encouraging. Yesterday, I was gone all morning and didnt eat my apple so I thought Id just not eat 2 fruits and see if that would jog my weight loss. It didnt. I also did probably a no-no in that I drank 32 oz of crystal lite along with my usual water. Maybe thats what was wrong. It was so hot yesterday and I worked out in my garden during the hottest part of the day so I drank Crystal Lite also. I need to st… Continue

I’M BACK, BUT IT WILL TAKE A BIT TO GET SETTLED AND GET CAUGHT UP ON THINGS.

Got your note saying you were going to be gone on vacation for awhile and also your computer needed something done or got wet or something.

YEA, THE CEILING FELL IN AND ATTEMPTED TO WT EVERYTHING. LUCKILY I WAS THERE WHEN IT HAPPENED I GOT ALL MY ELECTRONICS OUT OF THERE BEFORE DAMAGE OCCURRED.

Cant remember now. Ive been gone a lot this summer and its a nice break from sitting in from of a computer

Judy, this is my third week on p4 and I have been really maintaining great. I have been able to eat anything I want including sugar and it has not caused a gain. I haven't done any steak days so I feel great this time around. I have not incorporated starches that much yet but as far as for sugar I am able to eat it with no problems. I hope things work out for you this round.

I am 2.5 weeks into p3 and as of today I am up 9.5 lbs, but am happy because I WAS up 13!! Hopefully I've got it under control now :-) I haven't gone organic, which I know i should. It is available, but terrible expensive. But I do try to use antibiotic free meats, grass fed if possible. Trying to make permanent changes which nearly eleminate sugars and all refined foods. Difficult, but getting better!

Round 4 was 49 days with 7 days off in the middle (did it like p3) then a 2 week p3 break. Round 5 was 36 days then a 3 week p3 break. Round 6 was 48 days straight through and I am now doing p3&4 until the middle of August (at least 3 weeks of each). I am gone from home for the summer and purposely didn't bring any supplies with me so i won't be tempted to start again. I need this break, even if I gain 25 lbs back!!! I hope not, though LOL :-)

yes, you can jump right back into p2 again. Since January I've done 3 rounds and taken only short 1 and 2 week breaks. Be careful of doing a round of p2 that is too long. I did this last time and was quite "desperate" for food by the end. I totally lost focus and have not done well on p3. I am paying the price now. My focus is finally returning 2 weeks into p3, but I've gained 10 lbs. i am hoping to either maintain here or lose a little by doing steak or egg days.
I see a comment below about adding proteins to the diet. Yes, I do and it works well for me. I don't often eat the fruits allowed. I found that if I am hungry I can add a hard boiled egg in the morning. I also nibble on almonds during the day, but try to keep it to 1/4 c. total for the day. I still lose very well doing this. If I am really hungry at meal time, I also add a little extra protein (fat free cottage cheese, extra fish or chicken). Just be careful and try not to over-do as calories DO count!!!

So, a person could eat a boiled egg and not eat an apple? She must lose fine doing that or she wouldnt do it, huh? Are you going to try that?

Hey, Judy, I just read that grammasmitty adds protien to the 500 calories, but she removes a fruit. She eats an egg for breakfast, but removes a fruit. I would love to try that!
